What investment services and advice can you provide me?
• Given my financial situation, should I choose an investment advisory service? Why or why not?
Our service provides analytics-only tools (stock ideas, thematic lists, portfolio monitoring, and alerts) to help you make informed investment decisions. It may suit you if you prefer to manage your own investments but want data-driven insights without personalized advice. Consider your financial goals, comfort with self-directed investing, and need for analytics versus full advisory services. • How will you choose stock ideas or information to provide me?
We generate stock ideas and information using algorithms that analyze publicly available market data, aggregated expert activity, and your selected preferences (e.g., investment style, sectors, risk focus). Our platform curates these insights to provide relevant, broad-based analytics without limiting to specific products.
• How do your algorithms work and how often are they updated?
Our algorithms process market data, expert activity, and your preferences to deliver stock ideas, lists, and alerts. They use quantitative models to identify trends and opportunities. We update algorithms periodically (at least weekly) to incorporate new data sources, improve accuracy, and reflect market changes. Specific details are proprietary, but we aim to ensure timely, relevant outputs.
• Will you have access to or control over my investment accounts?
No. Kensys does not have access to or control over your investment accounts. You maintain full control and make all trading decisions through your chosen broker. We only provide analytics tools via our OneUp platform.
• What happens if I stop paying for your subscription?
If you stop paying, your access to the OneUp platform and its analytics tools will be suspended. No changes will occur to your investment accounts, as we do not manage or control them. You can resume access by renewing your subscription.
• What is your relevant experience, including your licenses, education, and other qualifications? What do these qualifications mean?
As an automated platform, Kensys relies on our team’s expertise rather than individual financial professionals. Our founders, are experienced in finance and technology, with Kensys registered as an SEC investment adviser (SEC File No. 801-128715). What fees will I pay?
• Help me understand how these fees and costs might affect my investments.
Our $25 monthly subscription fee is fixed and not tied to your investment size or performance, so it won’t directly reduce your invested capital. However, frequent trading based on our analytics may incur separate brokerage or product fees (e.g., ETF expense ratios), which can reduce returns. Consider these costs when using our tools and review your broker’s fee schedule.
• If I give you $10,000 to invest, how much will go to fees and costs, and how much will be invested for me?
Kensys does not manage or invest your money. If you give $10,000 to your broker to invest, our $25 monthly fee (or $300 annually) is paid separately for access to our analytics tools. The full $10,000 would be available for investment, subject to your broker’s fees or other costs (e.g., commissions, ETF expenses). Check with your broker for their specific fees.
What are your legal obligations to me when acting as my investment adviser? How else does your firm make money and what conflicts of interest do you have?

Our fixed subscription fee creates an incentive to encourage continued subscriptions, which could influence the frequency of analytics provided. We address this by ensuring our tools deliver objective, data-driven insights without promoting specific products or trades.
